Woodspring Grove 

Woodspring grove is a permanent campsite for people who are exploring the sablecopse, it is a safe place to take a long rest and it is frequented by hunters who travel the forest. This are is free from monsters thanks to the beneficial magic of a local druid who lives nearby (though no one can ever seem to find him) . Freshwater can be drawn from the river, and fishing and hunting can be done in the surrounding area, though that may invite danger (the druids protection only encompasses the grove itself) 

For every hour spent in woodspring grove roll a 1d4 (only roll once if resting)

1: A boat with some friendly halfling fisherman passes by, they will buy any fish the party wishes to sell. 
2: A group of friendly hunters arrives and offers the party helpful advice (advantage on survival checks in the sable copse for the next 24 hours)
3: a group of noisy birds arrives (if resting,  subtract one hit die from recovered hp ) 
4: a friendly ferret and her young arrive and mess around the camp (animal handling dc18 to tame a baby)

3: 1d6 lbs of Edible Mushrooms (1lb = 1/days rations)
4: 1d2 Medium Plant Creature (Combat)
5: 1d2 StarBurst Blossoms worth 15 Gp each 
6: 1d2 Energizing Mushrooms (Heals 1d2 Hp)

!!QUEST!! Missing Hunter!! One of the hunters of woodspring grove has gone missing in the dense-forest-trails his fellow hunters are offering 200gp as a reward to anyone who can bring him back alive!!

!!Quest!! Wolves – a friendly hunter near camp has noticed strange plant growths attached to many of the wolves in the forest. They are very aggressive and dangerous. He will pay 20gp for every Verdant Wolf slain. !!

IF on Quest MYSTERIOUS WIZARD some of the trees here have faint markings similar to the ones you found on the mysterious stall.  Investigations dc20 Reveals these seem to have been made some time ago, years, maybe even decades. Arcana Dc20 Reveals the glyphs give some indication of the origin of the spell, it seems the magic is transporting information back towards sheywen-keep  If Both are complete  Begin Mysterious Wizard 2
